Covid19 Booster Dose 2022 Online Registration

Despite all the awareness, the coronavirus has not been completely eradicated. To keep people safe from coronavirus, citizens are not keen in taking the booster dose being provided free of cost. The government’s 75-day campaign to provide free precautionary doses of COVID-19 vaccines ended on 30 September 2022. More than 15 crore doses were given during this period and before it was introduced, only 7 % of adults in the country had got a third jab of the vaccine.

By the end of the campaign, that number is 28 percent. Thus, 3/4 of India’s adult population is yet to receive the booster dose. But now from 1 October 2022, the prescribed fee will have to be paid for the booster dose. So far no order has been issued by the GOI regarding whether the booster dose will be taken free or not.
