  3. I did a blood sugar test and I came up with 113 result. I’m i already diabetic? In a layman language which foods should I avoid.? Can lack of adequate sleep cause increase in blood sugar.? Please help.

  4. I am diabetic and taking insulin. FBS seem good 5 To 6 in the morning but encore going to bed its around 14. Is this normal ? Thanks.

  5. I work Construction on the road a lot. Currently take Metformin for type II Diabetes. The a1c is generally under 6.5
    But working long hours I always look for quick food items to eat especially for work so a lot if times I will microwave Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine meals.
    Are they okay to do?
